When you contact us via the website regarding one of our services such as signing up for job alerts or applying for a role, the forms you complete include information about you, this will include your name, email address and telephone number, if you have included your CV, we will also be in possession of whichever data you have included on that.

If applying to us via a job board we will capture information such as Name, email address, contact details and CV information.

If we request you to attend a registration at our offices or to complete our application form we would also capture information such as date of birth, bank details, address, NI number, employment history and training/education details as well as medical information and next of kin details and a copy of your passport for Identification purposes.

If you don’t provide all relevant information, then we may not be able to provide you with the service you requested.

Deletion of information; we delete records after 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.

3. How Brampton Recruitment use the information we collect about you

Brampton Recruitment use the information to contact you to discuss job opportunities, should these opportunities be of interest to you, we then forward details of your name, location, notice period and employment and education history (namely a CV) to clients so they can peruse your details in order to ascertain whether they wish to invite to interview for the purpose of permanent or temporary roles.

Should you secure temporary work via Brampton Recruitment we also share your information with HMRC, Lloyds Bank PLC and Peoples Pension, this is so we can process wage payments, pension payments and other transactions associated with HMRC.

We may from time to time get requests from third parties such as Councils, DWP and future employers to confirm certain information such as employment dates or confirmation of earnings.

4. When Brampton Recruitment may use your details to contact you

If you have applied via our website, external job board or general enquiry we will contact you to determine which kind of roles you are interested in this may be immediately after you have sent details in or when there are suitable roles to discuss with you.

If you have signed up to job alerts you will be contacted at the frequency you have requested via the form you have completed.

We only contact you in order to pursue our legitimate interest in supplying you with information about job roles which may be relevant/suitable.
