What is Laughology I hear you ask?
Laughology, founded in 2006, by Stephanie Davies, is a unique and ethical, training and consulting organisation built around the psychology of humour, laughter and happiness.
As part of Brampton Recruitment’s 10 year birthday celebrations, Stephanie Davies joined us as our key note speaker and not only entertained a room full of people but her message and drive for the above methodology resonated through team Brampton Recruitment.
Each year Laughology hold the National Happiness Awards to recognise individuals, businesses and schools on being productive and more so happy!!!
This year Brampton Recruitment was nominated in the Happiest Workplace category and Consultant Jo in the Happiest Employee Category!! What better excuse for us to get our glad rags on and enjoy a night celebrating happiness!
A sunny and crisp Friday morning saw the Brampton team don the train to the big smoke equipped with glitter dresses, high heels and higher hopes of winning!
A fantastic event it was – flowing Prosecco and the biggest buffet you have ever seen started a wonderful evening of celebrating a genuinely happy, passionate and driven crowd of people.
Heart-warming stories from different nominees and schools really reinforce the work that Laughology do and it was a pleasure to share a room with such an electric atmosphere.
Unfortunately this year Brampton had no winners. Brampton Recruitment was highly commended in their category and Jo Commended in Happiest Employee but a fabulous evening was had by all and next year’s award should watch out – we plan to make 2018 our happiest yet!!
