Job Description:

This forward thinking, successful client is seeking a part time Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join their busy and vibrant order processing department. Our client is a leading supplier within their specialist field and offer fantastic benefits within a warm and friendly working environment. The Receptionist / Sales Administrator will be working on a part time basis but must be flexible to work full time hours to cover sickness and absence as and when required.


As a part time Receptionist / Sales Administrator you will be assisting the order processing team in processing orders from customers as well as being the sole receptionist attendant. Other duties of the Receptionist / Sales Administrator will include:


  • Assisting in processing of orders for customers via fax or email
  • Receptionist duties, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Entering shipping details on to the in-house systems
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner
  • Answering all incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required such as label printing and booking travel and accommodation
