The role of the office administrator will be to support both the administration and finance team. The role of the office administrator will require scrupulous attention to detail with proven analytical skills a confident telephone manner.

 

The role will entail the checking and reconciliation of invoices against supplier statements and the chasing of missing PO numbers and delivery of goods.

 

  • Balance up spend against client blanket PO’s
  • Checking invoices against supplier invoices
  • Ensuring delivery to client site is on time and correct
  • Picking up discrepancies in paperwork.
  • Any administration duties deemed suitable by team members
