Candidate Requirement:

  • Must have a minimum of a grade C and above at A Levels
  • A degree would be ideal however this is not essential
  • Experience in business to business customer service is essential
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure as you are managing multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail


Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Coordinator to work for a specialist manufacturing business operating in a niche market. As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and servicing the needs of key customers, building solid business relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times. You will be joining a friendly existing customer service team who operate in a busy, demanding and fast paced department.   • As the Internal Sales Administrator you will answer incoming calls from Key customers in relation to new enquiries, updates and product information
  • You will respond to emails, handle any complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring the CRM system is updated at all times
  • As an Internal Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and managing a number of key business accounts
  • As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for taking detailed information on customer requirements, putting together pricing information, chasing final proofs, taking any details in relation to standards, regulations and compliance
  • As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will be processing orders, progress chasing and handling any queries
  • Checking customer orders to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
  • Organising deliveries, updating clients should there be any delays or issues that will affect their delivery date
  • As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will act as the 1st point of contact for Customers and be expected to offer advice and knowledge on all products from type of ink used to packaging styles and concepts. (all training will be given over a 12-month period to ensure this)
  • As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for meet strict deadlines and tight client SLA’s
  • You will be producing a variety of reports, and working to KPI’s
