Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Analyst to work within a modern and forward-thinking company as they grow their IT Helpdesk team. Working on a role with sold progression in the future, the Helpdesk Analyst will join this UK Wide business in providing technical services and support.


The Helpdesk Analyst will support the client users on a day to day basis by documenting IT queries and prioritising and managing multiple open cases at one time through to completion.


  • Basic trouble shooting i.e. problem code identification and rectification
  • Managing user expectations and chasing teams for resolution
  • Collate Helpdesk Analysis Data on a weekly basis for higher level
  • Highlight exceptions and report effectively on issues and resolutions
  • Review and analyse KPI results against targets


The Helpdesk Analyst will work within a targeted environment across the Helpdesk function and have strong experience within a similar role.
