Candidate Requirements:

The Customer Sales Coordinator will be a team player and will have an excellent telephone technique and customer service.

 

  • Experience in a customer service role ideally within the financial services, construction, agricultural or plant hire sectors
  • Knowledge of hire purchase and lease would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail, numerate, good organisational skills
  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade C/5 minimum in English and Maths

Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Sales Coordinator to work for a blue-chip organisation who offer a fantastic working environment. As the Customer Sales Coordinator you will be joining a warm and friendly existing team who are responsible for converting leads generated from digital channels including ecommerce, company websites and social media.

 

This role is based in Uttoxeter and is commutable from Stafford, Stoke on Trent, Cheadle, Blythe Bridge and Stone.

 

The Customer Sales Coordinator will maximise sales potential through the conversion of leads generated from digital channels including the website, ecommerce and social media.

 

  • The Customer Sales Coordinator will maintain and develop quality Customer/Dealer relationships in order to maximise repeat business opportunities
  • Manage sales leads from digital marketing, website and social media activities
  • Handle transactions and sales processes below specific cost prices – including on-boarding, underwriting and money laundering / identity checks
  • Telephone interaction with customers, the company’s field-based finance sales team and dealer sales
  • Respond effectively to enquiries to assist in maximising product sales
  • Develop and maintain customer and dealer sales relationships
  • Sales administration, compliance with regulation, company policy and procedures
  • Identify and present information on the most appropriate finance options when required in order for the customer to make informed decisions
  • Qualify and pass leads to the overall dealer network
