Salary: £18,000 per annum

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience with customer service is essential
  • Must have exceptional IT skills
  • An understanding of software would be highly preferred either from studying at college, university or a general/personal interest
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to liaise with high-end clients

Desirable Experience (not essential):

  • Basic understanding of JavaScript and HTML
  • Experience in the car retail sector, finance sector or website development

Job Description:

Our client is a leading specialist organisation based in Stafford who have an opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join an existing team. The Customer Support Advisor is the front line for all customer enquiries into the business, with the volume of work ever increasing due to successful client wins the role of Customer Support Advisor is pivotal. Commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Stone, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford, Eccleshall


  • As the Customer Support Advisor, you will aid new customer set ups.
  • You will be trained to support with technical set ups.
  • Investigating basic technical queries.
  • Investigating finance calculation queries.
  • Amending finance rates and replicating lender quotes.
  • Advising clients on the legal regulations of advertising finance.
  • Advising media agency partners on integrating the customers online finance solutions.
  • Creating dealer accounts internally.
  • Liaising with the technical support team to resolve issues.
  • Liaising with the sales team to set up new clients.
  • Maintaining the inhouse system.
