Candidate Requirement:

The Claims Investigator role would suit an individual who has worked within a claims or compliance environment and looking to move into an investigative role and who have a keen interest in fraud.

Job Description:

This financial services client has an exciting opportunity for a Claims Investigator to join their city central office due to recent expansion. The Claims Investigator will join a large organisation with several UK offices and will be rewarded with the benefits that come from working with a large employer.

 

The Claims Investigator will be a challenging and fulfilling role for those looking to specialise in investigating fraud across a whole range of industry sectors.

 

  • Undertake desktop investigative interviews using cognitive interviewing techniques
  • Maintain an ethical & professional manner, employing best practice & key investigative competencies
  • Investigative planning and preparation
  • Gather evidence, identification and analyse information
  • Promote & maintain the profile of fraud management
  • To provide support to colleagues regarding fraud detection and containment
