Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the service industry with field based personnel is desirable but not essential
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven experience of good system and record maintenance
  • Customer focused with a strong service ethos

As an Administrator you will provide administrative support to divisional management and customers as required, ensuring an exceptional service offering to both customers and colleagues. The Administrator will also be handling enquiries, system data input and records maintenance, and ensuring compliance to internal procedures.




  • To receive action and direct telephone and e-mail requests for information, service or support, being timely, professional and customer focused at all times.
  • To control the administration support of the planned remedial works and maintenance system in line with standard procedures including the issuing, tracking and return of work undertaken documentation (i.e. Test Certification/ Reports)
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management from time to time.
