  • Previous sales/cold calling experience is desirable

  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and liaise with individuals of all levels in a confident manner
  • Switched on, enthusiastic and self-motivated

Working with a nationwide client, we have an exciting opportunity available for an Account Manager to join a progressive and stable organisation. The Account Manager will be passionate about and committed to customer service and working as a team throughout the organisation. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing new business, managing an existing client base and will be responsible for duties as follows:

 

  • Meet or exceed the gross profit target from each allocated and non-allocated customer.
  • Achieve the product targets set for each allocated customer.
  • Control stock levels of customer special items within the limits agreed.
  • Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within the timescale agreed.
  • Administer all customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and record accurate and easily accessible information for all customers.
