Salary: £19,500 - £21,500 dependent on experience

Candidate Requirement:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Facilities management experience is desirable
  • Previous team leader / manager skills, ideally within a service desk environment
  • Results driven
  • Good attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude
  • Enthusiastic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organised and able to multi-task
  • Able to use time as a valuable resource and manage own time to achieve required outcomes

Job Description:

A Sales Administrator is required for a fixed term contract maternity cover, based in Staffordshire. Joining a forward thinking and consistently growing company who are an innovator in their respective field.


  • The Service Desk Team Leader will be responsible for a team of up to 6 Service Desk Advisors
  • Part of the Service Desk Team Leader role will be ensure Service Desk Advisors are achieving productivity benchmarks & expectations
  • To assist Service Desk Advisors with enquiries (up to half a day)
  • To cover Service Desk Advisors during absences & busier periods
  • Onboarding of new Service Desk Advisors, coaching & development
  • The Service Desk Team Supervisor will handle escalated calls from Service Desk Advisors
  • Carry out HR procedures (return to work, appraisals, disciplinaries, absence, holidays etc)
  • Support Service Desk Manager and deputise during their absence
  • Generating reports regarding team performance, objects and deadlines
