Candidate Requirement:

The Sales Administrator will be an excellent communicator with experience of customer service and developing relationships and will demonstrate similar experience within a sales support environment.

 

  • An appreciation for keeping knowledge of products and technical matters up to date across the portfolio
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding targetsExcellent communication skills both
  • verbally and in a written format
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Complete knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Microsoft Dynamics

 

Job Description:

  • The role of Sales Administrator is to be responsible for all efficient handling of sales orders and customer queries.
  • Handle customer requests, quotes and processing product orders
  • The Sales Administrator will monitor delivery schedules during order processing
  • Clarify inventory levels and monitor deliverables
  • As Sales Administrator, you will support the sales teams with day to day operations
  • Provide customers with support and advise over the phone and email
  • Process sales transactions and invoices
  • Maintain systems and databases to ensure customer records are kept accurate
  • The Sales Administrator role will carry out General administrative duties as required
