Job Description:

It is a very exciting time for a Customer Service Specialist to be joining an expanding team during the launch of a new brand and new service. The small, established team is growing and need a Customer Service Specialist to grow and develop within it.

 

The Customer Service Specialist will deliver brilliant and exceptional service to valuable customers of the telecommunications specialist and will be rewarded with achievable monthly bonus, great holidays, one to one training and solid career progression.

 

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will build rapport with customers and provide one-time resolution across a diverse range of queries and renewals. You will bring your unique personality to support with the growth and innovation of the Customer Service team as you develop relationships with new and existing customers.

 

  • The Customer Service Specialist will take inbound calls from customers regarding renewals, upgrades, queries and technical issues
  • Will support with a one-time resolution for all customers, whilst building rapport and trust in the company’s services
  • Communicate confidently and listen intently whilst providing solutions to customer enquiries
