Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to work for a well-established company who offers a warm and friendly environment. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a range of external clients and internal


  • The role of the service desk advisor will be to make outbound calls to contractors finding out information on jobs they are assigned to
  • The service desk advisor will be finding out when they attended client site, what work was carried out and when the job was complete
  • The service desk advisor must be able to objection handle as contractors will want to send an email however info must be taken over the phone and the system updated
