An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator has arisen to work for a well-established and highly successful business within the Stoke on Trent area. Job Description: 

  • Entering customer orders into the system, ensuring all the correct processes & procedures are adhered to
  • Liaising effectively with the planning, shipping, and despatch departments so that the customer is provided with the latest up-to-date information regarding their order
  • Liaising with the carriers to request ETA’s, POD, etc
  • Processing sample requests from either the customer or the sales team ensuring they have all the correct information necessary for despatch
  • Logging all customer complaints onto the CRM system & liaising regularly with Quality Control to ensure that the Customer is kept informed of the status of the complaint
  • Processing quotations onto the system
  • To build strong sustainable relationships and trust with the customers
  • to identify and assess the customer needs so that the customer feels they have experienced the best customer service possible
  • To build strong sustainable relationships and trust with the sales team
  • Being able to provide a high standard of Customer Service by providing a prompt, accurate & courteous answer to customer enquiries either via the phone or email
  • Providing your customers with all necessary information regarding products, carton/pallet information, price information, delivery charges, etc.

Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary:  £23,000 – £24,000 Per Annum
