They have a new opportunity for an Area Sales Manager, based around the Northeast, Yorkshire, and Humber areas, to join their external sales team.
We are seeking and ambitious and motivated Area Sales Manager to:
- Identify new methods of exceeding customer requirements
- Identify new and existing clients to ensure profitable sales to meet company targets
- Promoting the business within these areas
- Work around the Northeast areas to maximise coverage
- Careful planning of client meetings and workload
- Maintain CRM and use this to prepare sales reports
- Liaise with the internal team to meet client expectations
- Maintain close relationships with clients and build rapport
- Be flexible in working hours to meet the demands of the business
- Experience in technical/engineered product sales
- Experience working in a similar environment
- Passion for sales
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships and to seek new opportunities
- Able to travel around the Northeast and Yorkshire areas
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible to attend client meetings)
Salary £30,000 – £45,000 + Bonus
