Property Firm based in Crewe – Secretary/Receptionist post
A local successful property firm contacted Brampton Recruitment on Monday as they needed to recruit a Secretary/Receptionist with industry experience.
The Client had advertised the role directly and received a high number of applicants most of which were unsuitable, upon ensuring we had captured all the details we sifted through our registered candidates and sent a handful of CVs for candidates with the right skills and industry knowledge.
The Client arranged an interview for one candidate for that Thursday then came back the next day with an offer of employment. We turned around the whole process for him in just a week!
Needless to say, he was extremely happy and impressed with the level of service, the fact that we had listened to his needs, and reacted quickly and the candidate that we had introduced him to was of a high calibre and matched the brief perfectly, not to mention the time we had saved him as he had already spent numerous weeks trying to find the right person.
