A consultant spoke to a local technology firm on the 11th February and they advised us that they needed to recruit a Credit Controller quite urgently.
We understood the urgency of this role, being an important role within the organisation the client needed someone with immediate availability. We sent 2 CVs by close of business that day and a further 5 CVs the next day; these were fully qualified candidates who were matched to the specification from the client, we arranged 5 interviews to take place that Thursday and Friday – an excellent response – turned around in a short space of time.
The client was extremely impressed and offered the role to a candidate on Friday to start on Monday 24th February, he was impressed by how quickly we turned everything around which means the new candidate will have a good handover period before the existing person moves on to pastures new.
