The staff here at Brampton Recruitment are celebrating after being given an overwhelming ‘thumbs up’ by jobseekers!
For the first time this year Brampton Recruitment surveyed more than 400 jobseekers who have used their service and asked them to rate them on their experience, and an outstanding 94 per cent said they would use Brampton again.
And more than 60 per cent of respondents said they would recommend the agency to a friend to use, commenting that Brampton staff were readily available when they needed them and were helpful and pleasant. We’re thrilled to have such a great response from our candidates, and it’s a wonderful endorsement of the hard work done by all of our staff here. We’re always looking for suggestions of how we can improve our service and make sure it’s the best it can be, so the results have given us some great ideas. We’ve always surveyed our employers in the past, but we’ll continue to get feedback from our candidates on a regular basis so we can make sure we’re meeting their needs and offering a top-quality service to them.
